Viera, Fla. – The Avenue Viera is now home to a weekly Green Market offering the freshest fruits, vegetables, plants and flowers in the area. Each Tuesday from 4-8 p.m., visitors can shop for locally-grown and organic produce and herbs, as well as fresh bread, jams, honey and more in the convenience of The Avenue’s family-friendly, open-air shopping environment.

 

“Our Green Market provides Brevard County with a great way to shop local and shop fresh,” said Pamela Marticke, marketing manager – The Avenue Viera. “With the addition of the market, The Avenue Viera is truly a one-stop shopping destination. You can pick up dinner, gifts and a new outfit all in one trip, while supporting local farmers.”

 

The farmers market, which opened on November 17, is located in Central Park.
