Atlanta – Specialty lifestyle furniture retailer I.O. Metro has signed a total of 33,580 square feet at three metro Atlanta Avenue® locations, including The Avenue Forsyth in Cumming, Ga., The Avenue Webb Gin in Snellville, Ga., and The Avenue West Cobb in Marietta, Ga. In August 2010, I.O. Metro will make its Georgia debut in all three locations simultaneously. This will make 20 stores in eight states across the South for the retailer.

In addition to the signing of I.O. Metro, The Avenue has celebrated the opening of six other retailers since the New Year – most recently Francesca’s Collections on February 19 at The Avenue East Cobb in Marietta, Ga. For more than a decade, the women’s clothing, accessories and gift boutique has offered eclectic, fashion-forward styles. Through March 31, Francesca’s Collections is offering The Avenue East Cobb shoppers 30 percent off a regular price purchase up to $100 when they present a 2010 receipt for a donation to a nationally recognized charity. Francesca’s Collections has locations at seven of eight Avenue lifestyle centers throughout the Southeast.
